Add-WindowsCapability -Online -Name Rsat.GroupPolicy.Management.Tools~~~~0.0.1.0

Block USB Storage
Use Group Policy Editor
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Removable Storage Access
Use Registry Editor
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR
Locate the DWORD “Start” and change the value from 3 to 4.
